Color Adjustment & Optimization
Converting colors to the appropriate printing color system and specifying Pantone spot colors, while refining fine details and adjusting trapping to ensure optimal print results.
Distortion Compensation
Calculating and applying distortion compensation ratios based on the print cylinder diameter and substrate type to ensure accurate final dimensions.
Step-and-Repeat Layout
Preparing the step-and-repeat layout across the full plate area to maximize material efficiency and ensure compatibility with press specifications.
