Comprehensive Prepress Preparation
Our prepress services include advanced CMYK color separation with full support for Pantone spot colors, plus trapping at 0.2mm width to ensure seamless color overlap and prevent white gaps from appearing. We also provide contract-quality digital proofing using inkjet printers with ICC Profiles for accurate simulation of final print results.

Prepress Process Stages
Color Separation (CMYK + Spot)
Analyzing the design and separating colors into CMYK process channels while precisely identifying and preparing spot Pantone colors to ensure accurate color matching.
Trapping & Processing
Applying 0.2mm trapping between adjacent colors to prevent white gaps caused by misregistration, along with file processing and optimization for flexographic printing.
ICC Profile Setup
Creating and applying custom ICC color profiles for each specific press and substrate combination, ensuring accurate color conversion and reliable simulation of final results.
Digital Proofing
Producing contract-quality digital proofs using high-resolution inkjet printers, providing accurate color simulation that can be approved as an official production reference.
Final Approval
